STRUCTURE AND MEASUREMENTS

Machine for large cutting capacities. Fibre laser cutting machine designed with a much more reinforced structure to withstand high temperatures. It can incorporate powers from 3kW to 12kW. The cutting table is reinforced with graphite plates that can withstand temperatures up to 3652º.

BECKHOFF CNC integrates hardware, software, plus all automation and PLC functions in a single system. Thanks to its long and extensive experience in machine tool technology, Beckhoff guarantees a high-performance solution specifically for the industrial metal cutting sector.

PC-based control and EtherCAT as an integrated control platform. After careful market analysis, we selected Beckhoff as our control system supplier, with EtherCAT being the decisive factor.

PULL-OUT TABLE

The laser cutting machines can be optionally equipped with a removable table for easy loading and unloading of material. The table change is activated by means of a button which acts as a safety measure to confirm that the material is loaded on the table. In this way, if the operator is not in the table area and has loaded the material in this way, the machine is fully automatic until the job is finished.

PIPE & SHEET CUTTING (COMBINED OPTION)

The best choice for customers who need to cut metal sheets and pipes. Using the same resonator and cutting head, this machine is capable of performing mixed production, 2 in 1. Cutting sheet metal with format 1.500 x 3.000 mm and optional up to 2.000 x 6.000 mm. Cutting capacity in round pipe from 20 to 210 mm and square from 20 to 150 mm.
