A) PLACE AND MANNER OF DELIVERY

(B) DELIVERY TIME
In the case of the delivery of machines and etc., the delivery times are agreed upon individually between PERCAMLASER S.L. and the user, the particular conditions of which have already been agreed upon in a separate contract. These delivery times must take into account the times corresponding to the delivery time of these machines by the supplier in the event that we do not have stock at our headquarters. In the case of the sale of consumables, delivery times also vary depending on the destination and do not include holidays or weekends. These delivery times are indicated as soon as payment is made, with the conditions being individualised according to the user's location and the delivery method chosen (standard, express, international, etc.). If PERCAMLASER S.L. is unable to meet the delivery date for any reason for which it is responsible, it will contact the user to inform them of this circumstance. In the event of a delay in the order, the customer may cancel it. If this delay is caused by force majeure, while the product is in the logistics phase, the customer will be informed of this circumstance and that, in this case, the costs arising from a possible cancellation request will be borne by the customer. Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment in which the transport company places the product at the disposal of the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
(C) ISSUES TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
The risks that may arise from the products shall be borne by the user from the time of delivery. The user acquires ownership of the products when PERCAMLASER S.L. receives notification of the delivery of the product to the user. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to check the shipments on arrival, to express any observations and to make any complaints that he/she deems necessary, and may even reject the package if it is likely to have been opened or if it shows clear signs of deterioration. These observations or complaints must be sent immediately to PERCAMLASER S.L.. With regard to cutting machines, these have their own conditions of withdrawal and return, which are specified in each contract made in relation to them. For products such as tools and non-customised consumables, the customer may return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer, provided that the package has not been opened and the reason for return is not because it has been received open or damaged. Before any return, the customer must indicate their intention to return a product, using the Customer Service Department, in this way they will obtain their return order and the address where they must return the product. Once the customer has obtained his return address, he will have to send a package with:

This right of withdrawal can never be exercised if the products sent have been used. The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (without damage, breakage or soiling). Packages that do not include any element allowing the sender to be identified (order number, surname, name, first name, address) will not be accepted. The User acknowledges that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as stated in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
