The material of the worktable is resistant to changes in temperature and humidity, so it will remain flat and stable over time. Each worktable is machined on its machine. The distance between grooves, the arrangement of the vacuum ports and the width of each section is carefully designed for the best clamping capacity and versatility.
The bridge is the structural section of the machine that extends transversely over the work table on which the machine head moves. In all the machines we will find a bridge capable of housing all the optional accessories, such as the knife head, camera, etc. In this way, we will be able to incorporate mechanisms, this allows us to have a scalable system to which we will be able to add new capacities over time regardless of its initial configuration.
The automatic tool change system allows complex machining operations involving different types of tools to be carried out without the need for operator intervention at intermediate points in the process. The MOTION series aims to keep the tool change process as short as possible. Each tool magazine, of the 6 available in the standard configuration, has its pneumatic system, which allows us to shorten the tool loading and unloading time, while a set of dedicated sensors monitor its position at all times.
Optional preventive maintenance system, predictive sensors are installed to anticipate and detect faults before they occur, thus ensuring that the life of the milling machine is extended.
